Prosper credit card anomaly

I had a nightmare experience with the Prosper Credit Card after my autopay, on and working fine for over a year and a half suddenly failed and even got reversed on the statement closing date . Their website wouldn't load for days, the app is limited and customer service was useless with canned replies blaming me for 'changes' I never made at all. On top of that, my e-statements kept switching to paper without my consent, and their support emails even went to spam while marketing ones came through just fine. After multiple detailed emails with screenshots proving the error was on their end, they finally admitted it wasnt my fault, promised no late fees and said my credit wouldn't be affected. Still, the whole ordeal was frustrating, time consuming, and showed how unreliable their system and support are, this card only seems useful for rebuilding credit, but comes with a high APR, annual fee and constant headaches.

I had a similar headache once with a card company, autopay suddenly failed after months of working fine, and support just bounced me around. Did you end up closing the account, or are you still keeping it open?

Glad they owned up to the mistake, but I don't blame you for being frustrated cos this sounds like more hassle than it's worth.
